29.04.2009 News from Attnang
Last weekend the MOSQUITO Athletics had their first home-game this season in Attnang-Puchheim against the Wr. Neustadt Diving Ducks. The opening of the new Athletics bar, beautiful weather and two wins made it to a perfect day for the A's.

By the way we are still searching for a team, who would like to play at Friday afternoon.

20.01.2009 Fully booked! 10 out of 12!
The last remaining spot is filled by our friends from Switzerland who have a permanent Finkstonball ticket until 2099! After a disappointing 10th place in last year's tournament the guys from Sissach will return for compensation! One can be sure that the Frogs will try not to win only the hearts of our beautiful girls in Attnang but also add a second win to their amazing 11 year's Finkstonball history!
For the first time teams from 10 different European nations will participate in one of Europe's most successful amateur baseball tournaments!

20.01.2009 Croatia is Nation No. 9!
Also our Croatian friends from BSK Vindija Varazdin confirmed their participation and will return to Upper-Austria for their sixth Finkstonball Tournament. After clinching the 3rd place in 2008 the young talented team around coach Aleksander Bekic will defintly be a team to beat in 2009!

20.01.2009 Titleholder is back!
Today the winner of last year's tournament Dinamo Bucharest signed up. The Romanian team that beat the Hornets from Bad Homburg (GER) in a dramatic Finkstonball XI final will return to Attnang-Puchheim and will definitly try to win back to back titles!

14.01.2009 Wolfs again on the hunt @ Finkstonball XII
For the third time in a row the Czech Republic sends two competitors to Attnang-Puchheim. After two 9th places in 2007 and 2008 the Domazlice Wolfs are hungry for more and maybe this year there will be the first Czech derby in Finkstonball history.
